The precise, reliable and easy-to-operate AUTOTRONIK-SMT AP1200 / AP1500 stencil printer is ideally suited for series production for medium and high quantities and was specially developed to print long LED boards.

High Repeat Accuracy

In order to ensure quick print alignment and high repeatability, the AP printer models are all equipped with a camera system that adjusts the position of the circuit board to the stencil before each printing process. The high functional design makes it possible to print fine pitch printed circuit boards with a repeat accuracy of /- 0.01 mm.

Large Print Area

The large print area enables printing up to a size of 1500 x 300mm.

Suitable for double-sided PCB's

The circuit board is supported by a universal frame holder, which does not require any additional tools for printing double-sided circuit boards.

It allows the use of the most common frame systems from 400 x 300mm to 1900 x 630mm
