Cut strip tape holder

Belt section holders, developed by Autotronik, are a handy accessory for feeding components that are required in short, taped sections in small quantities. These innovative holders were designed to be able to process belts that are too short for automatic feeders. To work efficiently, each strip on the holder can be arranged, set up and programmed independently. Autotronik belt section holders are available in belt sizes 8mm, 12mm, 16mm and 24mm. Other sizes are available on request.

Substructure for belt section holder:

The TS-CST-STAND-01 is designed to carry one belt section holder at a time. These can then be attached inside or outside the placement area, depending on the placement model. As an option, the TS-1 tray holder can also be used to hold the belt section holder. In the photo on the left, for example, two TS-CST12-7ST, each of which can hold 7x 12mm belt sections, are mounted on a tray holder.

Even extremely short sections can be processed, so nothing ends up in the waste garbage can.
