Details

The BA388E2-V and BA388E4-V models have been specially developed for fast and high-precision assembly of small to medium batch sizes. These models are equipped with an optical centering system that enables “vision on the fly” image processing directly on the placement head using a digital camera. It guarantees optimum measurement of SMD components such as 01005, SOIC, PLCC, BGA, uBGA, CSP & QFP as well as odd-form components up to 0.3 mm pitch.

EtherCAT

EtherCAT sets new standards for real-time performance and topology flexibility. Greatly simplified machine architecture and more efficient processes.

CAN bus

CANBUS connects all modules that work in the feeder control system so that they communicate all the more effectively, intelligently and with fewer cables. (optional)

Simple programming

Various methods are available for programming. Tailored to your needs by means of teach-in or CAD conversion. Of course, a barcode system can also be used.

Large components

Components larger than 16x14mm are measured using a digital “bottom vision” camera. Component sizes up to 150x100mm are possible with this stationary digital camera.
