Details

The BS282E-V model was specifically developed for the fast and highly accurate placement of small batch sizes. The model is equipped with an optical centering system that enables image processing directly at the placement head (“Vision on the Fly”). It guarantees optimal alignment of SMD components such as 01005, SOIC, PLCC, BGA, uBGA, CSP, and QFP, as well as odd-form components with a pitch of up to 0.5 mm.

Surveying "on the fly"

Using a sophisticated camera and prism mechanism, components with a footprint of up to 16x14mm are measured directly on the head. This eliminates the need to travel to a stationary camera.

Large components

Components larger than 16×14 mm are measured using an optional “Bottom Vision” camera. This stationary camera can handle components up to 150×55 mm in size.

Flexible equipment

The removal area can be equipped with the various feed units as required. From auto tape feeders to IC trays.

Simple programming

Various methods are available for programming. Tailored to your needs by means of teach-in or CAD conversion. Of course, a barcode system can also be used.
