  • Integrating the Vermes MDV1560 Jet Dispenser transforms your high-speed pick-and-place system into a complete “all-in-one” solution. By combining high-speed dispensing with precise placement, you can optimize your entire assembly process without the need for additional specialized equipment.
  • Compatible with all Autotronik pick-and-place models. This option does not need to be integrated at the time of purchase and can be retrofitted later. Please note: If this option is added to a BA889 or BA388 high-speed machine, it replaces one of the placement heads.
  • No more stencils or printers needed: Avoid the high costs and long lead times associated with custom stencils, as well as the space required for a dedicated stencil printer.
  • Dispensing & Placement in a Single Machine: Streamline your production line by performing solder paste or adhesive dispensing and component placement on a single platform.
  • Perfect for prototyping and high-mix production: Switch quickly between different PCB designs without the need for retooling—the ideal choice for R&D, small-batch production, and high-mix production environments.
