For feeding components, you can choose between KFTA2 feeders, KFTB feeders, cut strip holders, feeder carriage and tray holders.

MODEL: Cut strip tape holder
ACCESSORIES SMT TECHNOLOGY
Cut strip tape holders, developed by AUTOTRONIK, are a handy accessory for feeding components that are required in short, taped sections in small quantities. These innovative holders were designed to be able to process belts that are too short for automatic feeders. To work efficiently, each strip on the holder can be arranged, set up and programmed independently. Autotronik belt section holders are available in belt sizes 8mm, 12mm, 16mm and 24mm. Other sizes are available on request.

Accessories SMT technology
AUTOTRONIK-SMT Smart Feeders are available from 8mm to 72mm belt width and increments from 2mm (for 01005 to 0402) up to 36mm. An optional barcode reader system is available to simplify the input of component data.

Autotronik KFTA3D feeders set a new standard for accurate, reliable and economical SMD component feeding. The narrow design of these intelligent feeders maximizes the number of feeders that can be mounted in the pick-and-place machines.

Smart Stick Feeders can be positioned directly next to the Autotronik Smart Tape Feeders and, like the Tape Feeders, use the interface connection for communication between the BA Control software and the storage modules integrated in the Smart Stick Feeders.
